Refund policy

We highly recommend that you order a sample of the film you are interested in to make sure it will work for you before you place an order. Returns must be received within 30 days of original delivery at the customer’s residence. A refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returned item. 

• There is a 15% restocking fee to cover the shipping cost
• However, if an item is damaged there is no restocking fee 
• The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning an item
